Courtland has been involved in finance and real estate for over 20 years and is a San Diego Native. He started his career in investment banking and venture capital funding right out of college, then transitioned into financial planning and latter obtained his Real Estate License and NMLS License. Courtland can bring a lot to the table because of his finance background and his passion to help his clients.

Courtland will bring you not only complete focus to your needs and desires, but also the expertise and knowledge you need to finance your property and find you the right mortgage for your San Diego home (primary residence), second home, or investment property. 

Courtland has also earned the SRES designation (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and is very knowledgeable with HECM (Home Equity Conversion Mortgages) or better known as a reverse mortgage. These are a type of loan reserved exclusively for seniors 62 years of age or older.

In addition to helping individuals find the right mortgage for their San Diego home or investment property, Courtland is very involved in the community. He was President of Kiwanis Scripps Ranch / Mira Mesa for two years and has been an Ambassador with the San Diego North Chamber of Commerce covering Rancho Bernardo, Mira Mesa, Tierasanta, Miramar, Scripps Ranch, and Scripps Poway.  

He has served on the Mira Mesa Town Council Board and was involved with the Mira Mesa Theater Guild -  as President.
